Sephora Jacob, LMT, CCST has been a long-time advocate of body health and natural methods of healing using a connection from within the body.  Graduating in 2010 from the Colorado School of Healing Arts in their Massage Therapy Certification program and then in 2011 in their Cranial Sacral Therapy Certification program, she has been able to offer bodywork focused on mind, body and spirit resulting in a therapeutic effect that balances​ the entire body.  She offers massage and cranial sacral therapy to enhance health and body awareness through manipulations that encourage stress relief, relaxation, and therapeutic balancing of the body as a whole.
